Οι βαθύτερες αιτίες όλων των προβλημάτων της ζωής μας βόσκουν και τρέφονται σε βαθιά, δύσβατα μονοπάτια του νου και της καρδιάς, συνήθως σκονισμένα, αγκαθωτά, μουχλιασμένα, σκοτεινά και δύσοσμα. Ο εργασιακός τομέας, η καριέρα, οι σχέσεις, η οικογένεια, ταλανίζονται από χρόνια προβλήματα που είτε διαιωνίζονται περιέργως χωρίς συνειδητοποίηση είτε απαιτούν άμεση λύση αλλά εμείς ραθυμούμε... Στη συντριπτική πλειοψηφία των περιπτώσεων, φταίνε οι "άλλοι", τα "άλλα", οι συνθήκες του περιβάλλοντος και οι περιστάσεις της ζωής...! Η λύση όμως όλων των προβλημάτων είναι μέσα μου, γιατί δεν έπραξα ως όφειλα, δεν εργάστηκα όσο έπρεπε, δε συμπεριφέρθηκα όπως έπρεπε, δεν έδρασα όπως αναγκαιούσε, δεν έκανα αυτό που έλεγε η συνείδησή μου, δε συνειδητοποίησα το βάθος της ρίζας που έτρεφε τον αρνητισμό... Είναι σίγουρο πως, μετά την ανάγνωση αυτού του βιβλίου θα αναθεωρηθούν τα πιστεύω που είχαμε έως τώρα σχετικά με την καριέρα, την εργασία, την υγεία, τις προσωπικές και οικογενειακές μας σχέσεις, το χαρακτήρα μας... Κοντολογίς, θα αναθεωρηθούν οι ΑΙΤΙΕΣ όλων των δυσαρμονιών στη ζωή μας! Τίποτα δεν είναι τυχαίο σ' αυτόν τον κόσμο και τίποτα δε γίνεται από "τύχη"! Εισαγωγή στη Νατοϊκή Συμφωνία Τυποποίησης 6001, επίπεδο 3333 (NATO Standardization Agreement-STANAG 6001, 3333 level) περί κριτηρίων γλωσσομάθειας και πρακτικές ασκήσεις βελτίωσης ανάλογου επιπέδου (B2 Level-Independent User, αντίστοιχο του 3333), για Αξιωματικούς και Υπαξιωματικούς που επιθυμούν να βελτιώσουν την αγγλική γλώσσα πριν την τοποθέτησή τους σε θέσεις εξωτερικού ή και κατά τη διάρκεια της υπηρέτησής τους εκεί. Μια συλλογή ασκήσεων (Use of English and Reading tests) με λυσάρια, που μυεί τα μόνιμα στελέχη στο πνεύμα των αγγλικών για στρατιωτικούς σκοπούς, σύμφωνα με τα δεδομένα-κριτήρια του ΝΑΤΟ και της συμφωνίας τυποποίησης περί γλωσσομάθειας. Το επίπεδο 3333 είναι αντίστοιχο του Β2 level (Independent User, Common European Framework) και είναι το ελάχιστο απαιτούμενο κριτήριο-επίπεδο αγγλικών που θεωρεί το ΝΑΤΟ ως προσόν εργασιακής επιβίωσης σε επιχειρησιακό περιβάλλον, από όλους τους στρατιωτικούς της συμμαχίας.
