Λίγα λόγια για τον/την συγγραφέα

When the Commissioning Editor from Chryssalis Publications assigned me with the translation of Prince of Thorns from English to Greek -the first book in a projected trilogy by the debut author Mark Lawrence- I braced myself for the logistics and cataloguing a fantasy series usually entails: old yellowed scrolls and notepads to note down names, locations and all the bestiary a fantasy author's mind could muster. As soon as I read the book, however, I realised that term consistency was not too much of a trouble here. And that it would take so much more than my organizational skills to get this book right: it actually had a soul!
